They use that experience to help people understand the process, organize information, and prepare for carrier conversations. Current Litmus Insurance Solutions clients receive unlimited Claims Coaching. People who are not current clients may receive up to two hours at no cost. Litmus provides coaching and support; it does not act as the adjuster for the claim.
