Current Litmus Insurance Solutions clients receive unlimited Claims Coaching. People who are not current clients may receive up to two hours at no cost—even if Litmus did not place the policy. We begin with an initial conversation to understand the situation and confirm scope, availability, and whether Claims Coaching is appropriate.
Come before filing, after a loss has been reported, when the process has stalled, or when a payment or coverage decision is difficult to understand.
Our Claims Coaches are licensed adjusters with decades of claims experience. They use that experience to help people understand the process, organize information, and prepare for carrier conversations. Litmus provides coaching and support; it does not act as the adjuster for the claim or as your attorney, engineer, accountant, or contractor. When the situation calls for one of those professionals, we will say so.
